Our team will make this effortless for you. Our process includes:

  • Secure permits from local municipalities
  • Excavate the area
  • Create opening for the window in the wall
  • Install window, window trim, and seal it from the outside
  • Install window well and ensure proper drainage
  • Install ladder and lid

Please note that this process does not include any interior trimwork.

Each of the options listed below comes standard with a:

  • Safe-T-View™ Cover: strong metal framework covered with transparent UV coated polycarbonate that can withstand a 350-lb load
  • White finish ladder

  • 30’’ by 42’’; includes tilt open, turn open, and micro ventilation options all in one window.
  • White finish window well with 42’’ x 36’’ x 60’’ opening
Casement
  • 32’’ by 48’’ casement style window that cranks out
  • White finish window well with 55’’ x 36’’ x 60’’ opening
Slider
  • 48’’ by 48’’ slider style window
  • White finish window well with 55’’ x 36’’ x 60’’ opening
Optional Upgrades
  • Add a sump pump to your window well, as added insurance against water intrusion

Warranty

We honor all product manufacturer warranties for products sourced through Tomlinson Cannon. Our window warranty is 20 years (5 years for the window well, ladder, and lid).
